Community Action Volunteer Network

Community Action Volunteer Network connects volunteers with nonprofit organizations and community projects matching skills and interests with needs creating positive change throughout our region. We manage volunteer database of over two thousand active volunteers available for various projects. We coordinate large-scale service events bringing hundreds of volunteers together for neighborhood cleanups, home repairs, and community improvements. We provide volunteer management training for nonprofit organizations helping them effectively recruit, train, and retain volunteers. Our youth volunteer programs introduce young people to community service building lifelong habits of giving back. We recognize outstanding volunteers through awards and celebration events. We believe volunteers are essential resource strengthening communities while volunteers gain fulfillment through meaningful service.
