Family Promise Emergency Shelter specializes in serving homeless families with children keeping families together during crisis. Our shelter provides private family rooms maintaining dignity and family bonds. We offer childcare allowing parents to work or attend appointments. Our after-school programs help children maintain educational progress during housing instability. Case managers rapidly work to secure permanent housing understanding trauma of homelessness on children. We provide rental assistance, security deposits, and household items helping families move into homes. Our follow-up program offers continued support for one year after families exit ensuring housing stability. We also prevent homelessness through financial assistance for at-risk families facing eviction.
