We provide exercise programs designed specifically for people with heart conditions. Our CPR training has taught thousands of community members lifesaving skills. We advocate for better access to cardiac care in underserved areas. Our support groups help heart attack and stroke survivors navigate recovery. We fund research into prevention and treatment of heart disease especially in high-risk populations. Our comprehensive approach addresses both individual health and systemic barriers to care.
