Opportunity House Day Center

Opportunity House Day Center operates during daytime hours when most shelters are closed providing homeless individuals a safe place to be. Our center offers computers for job searching, phones for contacting employers, and mailing addresses for applications. We provide showers, laundry facilities, clothing, and hygiene supplies helping people maintain appearance for employment. Our resource navigators help access identification documents, birth certificates, and social security cards necessary for housing and employment. Mental health counseling and addiction treatment referrals are available. We serve hot breakfast and lunch daily. Our welcoming environment respects dignity while providing practical support. Many visitors maintain connection with us long after securing housing appreciating the community we built together.
