Street Outreach and Support Services

Street Outreach and Support Services meets people experiencing homelessness where they are providing essential supplies, health screenings, and connections to services. Our mobile outreach team visits encampments, parks, and areas where homeless individuals gather bringing water, food, clothing, and harm reduction supplies. We build trusting relationships over time helping people access shelter, treatment, and housing when they are ready. Our drop-in center offers showers, laundry, mail services, and a safe place to rest during the day. We employ peer support specialists who have experienced homelessness themselves bringing unique understanding and credibility. Our harm reduction approach recognizes that everyone deserves dignity and support regardless of their current situation.
