Youth Leadership Development Institute

Youth Leadership Development Institute empowers young people to become confident leaders through mentorship, education, and community service programs. Our after-school program serves two hundred middle and high school students providing homework help, enrichment activities, and leadership training. We offer summer camps teaching teamwork, public speaking, and problem-solving skills. Our mentorship program connects youth with successful adults providing guidance and support. We sponsor community service projects allowing youth to make real differences in their communities. Our college preparation program helps first-generation students navigate application processes, financial aid, and college selection. We provide scholarships to program participants pursuing higher education. We believe every young person has leadership potential regardless of background or circumstances.
